Returns & Refund Policy

Iron Ridge Offroad

At Iron Ridge Offroad, we strive to provide high-quality off-road parts and excellent service. Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive products, all returns are subject to the policies outlined below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused products.

Items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In new condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Include all hardware, instructions, and accessories

Any item that has been installed, modified, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Return Authorization (Required)

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) may be refused.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on the product and supplier policies.

Restocking fees help cover:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Warehouse handling
  • Manufacturer return fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item shipped by Iron Ridge Offroad
  • A manufacturer defect
  • Shipping damage

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Iron Ridge Offroad is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components once opened (lights, sensors, electronics)
  • Special-order or custom-built items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items missing hardware or components

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer may be subject to:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return freight charges
  • Restocking fees

These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may prevent a claim from being filed with the shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the item has been received.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Iron Ridge Offroad are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims may require working directly with the manufacturer depending on brand policies.


Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility, lift height, and product fitment before placing an order.

Iron Ridge Offroad is not responsible for returns resulting from incorrect fitment, vehicle modifications, or installation errors.
